Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 17/POJK.04/2020 tanggal
20 April 2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha, dengan ini kami sampaikan
Keterbukaan Informasi atas Transaksi Material antara PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk dan PT Bank
SMBC Indonesia Tbk atas transaksi pengambilalihan oleh Perseroan atas portofolio Pinjaman sehubungan
dengan pensiunan dan pra-pensiunan dengan manfaat pensiun yang dikelola oleh TASPEN dengan rincian
informasi sebagaimana terlampir. In compliance with the provisions of Financial Services Authority Regulation
No. 17/POJK.04/2020 dated 20 April 2020 concerning Material Transactions and Changes in Business Activities,
we hereby submit this Disclosure of Information regarding the Material Transaction between PT Bank Tabungan
Negara (Persero) Tbk (the "Company") and PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk ("SMBCI") in relation to the Company's
acguisition of a loan portfolio comprising loans to pensioners and pre-pensioners whose pension benefits are
administered by TASPEN, the details of which are set out in the attached Disclosure of Information.
