1. Sehubungan dengan sisa dana hasil penawaran umum Perseroan per 30 Juni dan 31
Desember 2024 yang belum digunakan sebesar Rp100,55 miliar, agar dijelaskan:

December 31, 2024, amounting to IDR 100.55 billion, please provide an explanation

The initial proceeds from the public offering were placed in the Company’s account at
Bank Negara Indonesia. Subsequently, the remaining proceeds have been held in the
Company’s accounts as disclosed in the Fund Utilization Report as of December 31,
