(“The Company”) With due Respect, Referring to letter AKRA No.050/L-AKR-CS/2026 dated 30 Juni 2026 regarding the Information Disclosure on The Affiliate Transaction of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (The Company), and in compliance with the Regulation of Financial Services Authority Number 42/POJK.04/2020 (POJK 42) regarding “Affiliate Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions, hereby we submit the revised Information Disclosure with respect to the transaction undertaken by the Company regarding capital contribution in the establishment of a joint venture company with Affiliated Party. In order to comply with POJK 42, we submit a summary of the transaction along with the assessment report and fairness opinion from TRUSCEL as an independent appraiser appointed by The Company.
