Penandatangan Perjanjian Perubahan Kesebelas atas
Surat Penawaran Fasilitas-Fasilitas Perbankan Tanpa
Komitmen antara Protelindo, Iforte, KIN, SUPR, BIT dan
IBST dengan JPMorgan (“Perjanjian Fasilitas
JPMorgan”). Perjanjian Fasilitas JPMorgan tersebut
efektif pada tanggal 8 April 2025. / The execution of the
Eleventh Amendment Letter to the Uncommitted Banking
Facility Offer Letter, made between Protelindo, Iforte, KIN,
SUPR, BIT and IBST with JPMorgan ("VPMorgan Facility
Agreement”). The JPMorgan Facility Agreement is
effective on April 8, 2025.
Protelindo, iforte, KIN, SUPR, BIT dan IBST telah setuju
Untuk bertanggung jawab secara tanggung renteng
terhadap pelaksanaan seluruh kewajiban berdasarkan
Perjanjian Fasilitas JPMorgan. / Protelindo, Iforte, KIN,
SUPR, BIT and IBST have agreed io be jointly and
severally Iiable for the performance of all obligations under
the JPMorgan Facility Agreement.
Perjanjian Fasilitas JPMorgan disebut sebagai
“Transaksi". /JPMorgan Facility Agreement referred as to
“Transaction”.

Perpanjangan jangka waktu fasilitas sampai dengan

Penandatanganan Transaksi di atas bukan merupakan transaksi benturan — kepentingan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan OJK No. 42 Tahun 2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan (“POJK 42”). / The execution of the Transaction is not a conflict-of-interest transaction of the Company as referred to OJK Regulation No. 42 of 2022 regarding the Affiliated Transaction and Conflict of Interest Transaction (“OJK Rule 42”). 2.
