Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada
bidang jasa, perdagangan, industri, pergudangan dan
penerbitan dimana kegiatan utama Perseroan adalah
memberikan Jasa Restoran. Penambahan KBLI ini disebebkan
oleh tingginya persaingan pada dunia industri makanan dan
minuman, daya beli masyarakat yang semakin tinggi dan
untuk meningkatkan serta memperluas cakupan kinerja
perusahaan yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan
sesuai strategi perusahaan dan sekaligus memenuhi cakupan
legalitas operasional perusahaan, mengakomodasi jenis
layanan dan aktivitas baru perusahaan dimana sebelumnya
belum tercantum dalam Anggaran Dasar Perseroan. Sebagai
informasi tambahan, pada dasarnya Perseroan tidak merubah
kegiatan utama maupun menambah kegiatan usaha baru
namun penambahan KBLI ini disebabkan adanya penyesuaian
atas perkembangan pada industri makanan dan minuman
yang saat ini dijalankan perusahaan.

of the KBLI (Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification)
codes is driven by the increasing competition within the food
and beverage industry, the growing purchasing power of the
public, and the Company aim to enhance and expand its
performance coverage. This step is expected to support the
Company financial performance in line with its business
strategy, while also fulfilling the legal scope of the Company
operations by accommodating new types of services and
activities that were previously not included in the Company
Articles of Association.As additional information, the Company
is not changing its main business activities nor adding any new
line of business instead, this KBLI addition is merely an
adjustment in line with the current developments in the food
and beverage industry in which the Company operates.
