Material Fact

Information or

The Company is engaged in the sectors of services, trading,
industry, warehousing, and publishing, with its main
business activity being the provision of restaurant services.
The addition of the KBLI (Indonesian Standard Industrial
Classification) codes is driven by the increasing
competition within the food and beverage industry, the
growing purchasing power of the public, and the
Company's aim to enhance and expand its performance
coverage. This step is expected to support the Company's
financial performance in line with its business strategy,
while also fulfilling the legal scope of the Company's
operations by accommodating new types of services and
activities that were previously not included in the
Company's Articles of Association. As additional
information, the Company is not changing its main
business activities nor adding any new line of business:
instead, this KBLI addition is merely an adjustment in line
with the current developments in the food and beverage
industry in which the Company operates.
