Bersama ini PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk ("Perseroan") menyampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi
atas Perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten
atau Perusahaan Publik serta Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor Kep-00087/BEI/12-
2025 tentang Peraturan Nomor I-E mengenai Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, dengan rincian sebagai
berikut:
PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk (the "Company") hereby submits this Information Disclosure
regarding the Amendment to the Company's Articles of Association in compliance with the provisions of
Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 on Disclosure of Material Information or Facts
by Issuers or Public Companies and the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange
No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 concerning Rule No. I-E on Information Disclosure Obligations, as set out below:

material Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dilakukan dalam rangka memenuhi
ketentuan Peraturan Badan Pusat Statistik Nomor 7 Tahun 2025
tentang Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia
sebagaimana telah disetujui dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan Perseroan Tahun Buku 2025 tanggal 22 Mei
2026. Perubahan Anggaran Dasar tersebut berupa
penyesuaian kode Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia,
sebagai berikut:

a. Pasal 3 ayat (2) huruf j. penyimpanan gas dalam bentuk
gas dan cair sementara sebelum gas tersebut dikirim ke
konsumen (KBLI 52101; KBLI 52109) menjadi Pasal 3 ayat
(2) huruf j. penyimpanan minyak dan gas bumi (KBLI
52104) dan huruf k. pergudangan dan penyimpanan
lainnya (KBLI 52109).
b. Pasal 3 ayat (2) huruf k. perdagangan bahan bakar gas
dan cair, serta produk sejenisnya dalam skala industri
maupun retail (KBLI 46610) menjadi Pasal 3 ayat (2) huruf
l. perdagangan besar bahan bakar padat, cair, dan gas
beserta produk terkait (KBLI 46710).
c. Pasal 3 ayat (2) huruf l. instalasi gas pada bangunan
gedung baik untuk tempat tinggal maupun bukan tempat
tinggal (KBLI 43223) menjadi Pasal 3 ayat (2) huruf m.
konstruksi bangunan sipil minyak dan gas bumi (KBLI
42991).
d. Pasal 3 ayat (2) huruf m. pemeliharaan dan perbaikan
instalasi saluran gas (KBLI 43223) menjadi Pasal 3 ayat (2)
huruf n. pemasangan jaringan penyaluran gas (KBLI
43223).
Atas perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan sebagaimana
termaksud, Perseroan telah menyusun dan menyatakan
kembali seluruh Anggaran Dasar Perseroan ke dalam suatu
Akta Notaris sebagaimana tertuang dalam Akta Pernyataan
Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan
Perseroan Nomor 44 tanggal 18 Juni 2026 yang dibuat oleh
Notaris Ir. Nanette Cahyanie Handari Adi Warsito., SH. ("Akta
Perubahan Anggaran Dasar").
Akta Perubahan Anggaran Dasar termaksud juga telah disetujui
oleh Menteri Hukum berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Hukum
Nomor: AHU-0042157.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026 tanggal 26 Juni
2026 tentang Persetujuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan Terbatas PT Perusahaan Perseroan (PERSERO) PT
Perusahaan Gas Negara atau disingkat PT Perusahaan Gas
Negara (Persero) Tbk.
Description of material information The amendment to Article 3 (Objectives and Business Activities)
or fact of the Company's Articles of Association was effected in order
to comply with the provisions of Regulation of the Central
Bureau of Statistics Number 7 of 2025 concerning Indonesian
Standard Industrial Classification, as duly approved by the
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company for
2025 Fiscal Year convened on May 22nd, 2026. The amendment
to the Articles of Association consists of adjustments to the
Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI) codes, as
follows:

a. Article 3 paragraph (2) letter j: previously “storage of gas in
gaseous and liquid form on a temporary basis prior to
distribution to consumers (KBLI 52101; KBLI 52109)” shall be
amended to read letter j: “storage of oil and natural gas (KBLI
52104)” and letter k: “other warehousing and storage (KBLI
52109)”;
b. Article 3 paragraph (2) letter k: previously “trade of gaseous
and liquid fuels, and similar products on an industrial and
retail scale (KBLI 46610)” shall be amended to read letter l:
“wholesale trade of solid, liquid, and gaseous fuels and
related products (KBLI 46710)”;
c. Article 3 paragraph (2) letter l: previously “installation of gas
systems in buildings, both residential and non-residential
(KBLI 43223)” shall be amended to read letter m:
“construction of civil works for oil and natural gas (KBLI
42991)”;
d. Article 3 paragraph (2) letter m: previously “maintenance
and repair of gas pipeline installations (KBLI 43223)” shall be
amended to read letter n: “installation of gas distribution
networks (KBLI 43223)”.
Following the amendments to the Company's Articles of
Association as referred to above, the Company has restated and
consolidated its Articles of Association into a single notarial deed
as set forth in Deed of Statement of Resolutions of the
Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 44
dated 18 June 2026, drawn up before Ir. Nanette Cahyanie
Handari Adi Warsito, S.H., Notary (the "Deed of Amendment to
the Articles of Association").
The Deed of Amendment to the Articles of Association has
obtained the approval of the Minister of Law of the Republic of
Indonesia pursuant to the Decree of the Minister of Law No.
AHU-0042157.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026 dated 26 June 2026
concerning the Approval of the Amendment to the Articles of
Association of PT Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT
Perusahaan Gas Negara, abbreviated as PT Perusahaan Gas
Negara (Persero) Tbk.
