Buku yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2025, yang
dilakukan melalui pengambilan keputusan mengikat di luar
RUPS atau disebut juga Keputusan Sirkuler (circular
resolution), yang mengacu pada ketentuan Pasal 91 Undang-
Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas
dan Pasal 10 ayat 5 anggaran dasar Perseroan.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, bersama ini kami

Description of Material Information or We hereby inform you that PT Tamaris Hidro (the "Company")
Facts has convened its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for
the financial year ended 31 December 2025, by way of a
Circular Resolution, being a binding shareholders' resolution
adopted outside a General Meeting of Shareholders, pursuant
to Article 91 of Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability
Companies and Article 10 paragraph (5) of the Company's
Articles of Association.
Accordingly, we hereby submit the summary of the Company's
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, as contained in
Notarial Statement No. 043/CN/YW/VI/2026 dated 29 June
2026 relating to the Deed of Statement of the Circular
Resolution of the Shareholders of the Company No. 8 dated
29 June 2026, drawn up before Yualita Widyadhari, S.H.,
M.Kn., Notary in South Jakarta.
