Revenue Profit for The Year
The decrease in profit shown in the graph above is due to several factors. In the property segment, in line with PSAK 115, the
company has not yet been able to recognize the sales of Tower Yudhistira and Tower Arjuna as operating income.
Meanwhile, another contributing factor was the hotel segment, where political conditions led to a tendency for people to
reduce consumption.
To ensure a positive profit growth trend, the Company is currently developing two new projects, one is in the Mataram City
area: Arjuna-Bima Tower, and a landed house project: Banyu Bening The Villa Resort.
Page 14
PROFITABILITY ANALYSIS Despite a decrease in profit compared to the previous year, the company successfully reported a profit that demonstrates operational resilience and an adaptive business strategy in response to market dynamics. Profit in 2024 amounted to Rp18.2billion, a decrease of Rp3billion or 14% compared to the prior year.

EXTERNAL CHALLENGES Competition PROPERTY SEGMENT: With the increasing of market dynamics, property industry becomes increasingly competitive while retaining its promise. Every challenge presents an opportunity to introduce innovation, improve quality, and provide the best experience for consumers. Moving forward, the property industry will evolve by introducing more adaptive, sustainable, and modern living concepts that meet the needs of today's society. HOTEL SEGMENT: One of the most significant challenges is the presence of alternative accommodation platforms such as Airbnb, guesthouses, and short-term rental apartments. The shift in traveler preferences, who tend to seek more flexible, personalized, and affordable accommodations, compel hotels to intensify their efforts to attract customers. In addition to competing on price, hotels must enhance the quality of service, facilities, and offer a more exclusive stay experience to remain appealing.
Page 16
EXTERNAL CHALLENGES Consumer Purchasing Power PROPERTY SEGMENT: In recent years, the property industry has faced significant challenges due to the decline in public purchasing power. Uncertain economic conditions, the rising of inflation, and the increasing of interest rates have led many individuals to defer their decisions regarding the purchase of home or other properties. Therefore, the company strives to provide solutions to prospective buyers for these issues. HOTEL SEGMENT: In addition to the competition with alternative accommodations, global economic conditions also impact purchasing power and travelers' behavior. Economic instability, inflation, and uncertainty surrounding government policies can lead individuals to be more discerning in their accommodation choices. Consequently, hotels must adapt their pricing strategies and provide appealing promotions and packages to maintain competitiveness in the market.
