The Annual Financial Report as of December 31", 2024 of PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk there was a change or increase in total assets of more than 2046 compared to the previous year. The Company's total assets increased by 3216 or Rp117.430.352.539,- from Rp361.866.279.173,- (as of December 31", 2023) to Rp479.296.631.712,- (as of December 31", 2024) which was largely due to an increase inventory, advances, prepaid expenses, and prepaid taxes. Bahwa Laporan Keuangan Tahunan per 31 Desember 2024 PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk terjadi perubahan atau kenaikan total liabilitas lebih dari 206 dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Total Liabilitas Perseroan terjadi peningkatan sebesar T1Y6 atau sebesar Rp104.564.736.275,- dari Rp135.465.428.175,- (per 31 Desember 2023) menjadi Rp240.030.164.450,- (per 31 Desember 2024) yang disebabkan sebagian besar karena peningkatan uang muka pelanggan, deposit pelanggan, dan utang bank. The Annual Financial Report as of December 31", 2024 of PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk there was a change or increase in liabilities of more than 2086 compared to the previous year. The Company's Total Liabilities increased by 7746 or Rp104.564.736.275,- from Rp135.465.428.175,- (as of December 31", 2023) to Rp240.030.164.450,- (as of December 31", 2024) which was largely due to an increase customer advances, costumer deposit, and bank debt.
