Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 4.840 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham INKP di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

We are pleased to announce that INKPDRCH5A is exercised on INKP and the structured warrant holders
shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per INKPDRCH5A) (if the said amount is greater than
zero).

The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 4.840 being the closing price of INKP Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
