Maret 2025 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per BBCADRCH5A)
(jika jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 8.250 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham BBCA di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that BBCADRCH5A is exercised on BBCA and the structured warrant holders
shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per BBCADRCH5A) (if the said amount is greater than
zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 8.250 being the closing price of BBCA Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
