Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 1.063 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham KLBF di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that KLBFDRCH5A is exercised on KLBF and the structured warrant holders
shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per KLBFDRCH5A) (if the said amount is greater than
zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 1.063 being the closing price of KLBF Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
