Inaccordance with the letter from the Indonesia Stock Exchange No.S-02789/BEI.PP1/03-2025 dated March
19, 2025 regarding the Explanation Reguest on News Circulating in the Mass Media, We hereby, submit the
explanation of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (“ANTAM/the Company”) regarding the Supreme Court decision to
grant ANTAM's Reconsideration of the 1.1 ton gold claim. In this regard, the Company is currently still
waiting for a copy of court decision from the Supreme Court, to have a detailed and comprehensive the
decision. The Company appreciates the Supreme Court in considering the facts revealed and attempts to
enforce justice and legal certainty.

Regarding the potential impact of the Supreme Court's decision on operations, the Company ensures that
ANTAM's overall business is running normally and the Company is always committed to implementing
business practices in accordance with good corporate governance, and continues to make improvements
by complying with applicable regulations. Meanwhile, due tothat we have not received copy of court from
the Supreme Court, the Company has not been able to fully assess the impact on the Company's finances.
However, the Company is in a strong financial condition and continues its business operation as usual.
