In connection with the plan of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk.
(the "Company") to hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGMS") 2024, as we
have previously conveyed through our letter No. 150/DIR-CSE/2025 dated March 3, 2025
regarding Publication of Announcement of the Annual GMS 2024 of PT Bank Pembangunan
Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. in order to fulfill the provisions of the Company's Articles
of Association by taking into account the provisions of the Indonesia Financial Services
Authority Regulation No.15/POJK.04 /2020 dated April 20, 2020 regarding the Plan and
Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Public Companies and Indonesia
Financial Services Authority Regulation No.16/POJK.04/2020 dated April 20, 2020 regarding
the Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Public Companies
Electronically, we hereby submit the Invitation to the AGMS 2024 and Proof of Advertisement
for the Invitation to the AGMS 2024 which has been published on the website of PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), the website of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX), and the
Company's website on March 18, 2025.
