The Disclosure is made by the Company in reference to Article 6 verse (2) of the Regulation of the Financial Services Authority No. 42/POJK.04/2020 regarding Affiliated Transaction and Transaction with Conflict of Interest (“POJK 42/2020”) which states a company is obliged to report an affiliated transaction to the Financial Services Authority not later than the end of the second business day after a transaction that is in accordance to Article 6 verse (1) letter (c) of POJK 42/2020 with ad value of less than 0,59 (zero point five percent) from the paid capital of the public listed company, or less than Rp5.000.000.000,- (five billion Rupiah), whichever lower.
