Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada hari ini, Perseroan telah menerbitkan laporan keuangan
konsolidasian pada tanggal dan untuk tahun yang berakhir
pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024 (dengan informasi keuangan
konsolidasian pada tanggal dan untuk tahun yang berakhir
pada 31 Desember 2023 yang disajikan sebagai komparatif)
yang telah diaudit, melalui surat Perseroan No.
018/GOTO/CS/JKT/III/2025 pada tanggal 12 Maret 2025.
Perseroan, ekosistem digital terbesar Indonesia, hari ini
mengumumkan kinerja keuangan kuartal keempat dan tahun
penuh 2024, yang melampaui panduan titik impasnya dengan
pencapaian rekor tertinggi pada GTV inti, pendapatan bruto,
dan EBITDA yang disesuaikan, menegaskan pertumbuhan
dan profitabilitas Perseroan yang semakin pesat.
Kinerja keuangan Perseroan yang kuat mencerminkan
momentum yang sehat untuk seluruh portofolio produknya,
didukung oleh disiplin pengelolaan biaya yang berkelanjutan
dan insentif guna mendorong pertumbuhan serta profitabilitas
yang berkelanjutan. Pengguna yang Bertransaksi Bulanan
(Monthly Transacting Users/MTUs) dalam ekosistem
Perseroan tumbuh 22% YoY pada kuartal keempat dan 16%
setahun penuh.
GTV inti Grup Perseroan meningkat sebesar 66% YoY pada
kuartal keempat menjadi Rp79,2 triliun dan tumbuh 58%
sepanjang tahun penuh menjadi Rp268,2 triliun. Sementara
itu, GTV Grup pada kuartal keempat tumbuh 32% YoY
menjadi Rp144,5 triliun, dan tumbuh 29% untuk tahun penuh
menjadi Rp519,8 triliun. Pendapatan bruto tumbuh 28% YoY
pada kuartal keempat menjadi Rp5,0 triliun dan naik 30%
sepanjang tahun penuh menjadi Rp18,1 triliun. EBITDA Grup
Perseroan yang disesuaikan tumbuh 348% YoY dan 191%
secara kuartalan (QoQ) pada kuartal keempat, mencapai
Rp399 miliar untuk periode tersebut dan Rp386 miliar untuk
setahun penuh.

Description of Material Information or The Company today released its audited consolidated financial
Facts statements as of and for the year ended December 31, 2024
(with consolidated financial information as of and for the year
ended December 31, 2023 as comparative) through its letter
No. 018/GOTO/CS/JKT/III/2025 dated March 12, 2025.
The Company, the largest digital ecosystem in Indonesia,
today announced the 2024 fourth quarter and full year financial
results, exceeding its breakeven guidance, with record high
core GTV, gross revenue, and adjusted EBITDA, underscoring
accelerating growth and profitability of the Company.
The strong financial performance of the Company reflects
healthy momentum across its product mix with ongoing
disciplined cost and incentive management driving sustainable
growth and profitability. Monthly Transacting Users (MTUs)
across the ecosystem of the Company increased by 22% YoY
in the fourth quarter and 16% over the full year.
The Group core GTV of the Company grew by 66% YoY in the
fourth quarter to IDR79.2 trillion and increased by 58% over
the full year to IDR268.2 trillion. Meanwhile, Group GTV in the
fourth quarter increased 32% YoY to IDR144.5 trillion, and
29% for the full year to IDR519.8 trillion. Gross revenue
increased by 28% YoY in the fourth quarter to IDR5.0 trillion
and rose 30% for the full year to IDR18.1 trillion. The Group
adjusted EBITDA of the Company increased 348% YoY and
191% quarterly (QoQ) in the fourth quarter, reaching IDR399
billion for the quarter and IDR386 billion for the full year.
