On 28 February 2025, the Company received a letter of resignation
from Ms Dian Siswarini as Commissioner of the Company. Her
resignation is effective as of 25 March 2025. The Company will
apply for approval of the resignation at the nearest General Meeting
of Shareholders of the Company.
