selaku Komisaris Independen Perseroan. Pengunduran diri
beliau berlaku efektif per tanggal surat pengunduran diri
tersebut. Perseroan akan mengajukan permohonan atas
persetujuan pengunduran diri tersebut dalam Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Perseroan terdekat.
