1. Memberikan kuasa kepada Wali Amanat dalam Rapat Pembahasan Rencana Perdamaian dan Rapat
Pemungutan Suara (Voting) Proposal Perdamaian menyetujui atau tidak menyetujui usulan yang diajukan oleh PT
PP PROPERTI (Dalam PKPU) dengan berdasar pada hasil keputusan mayoritas Pemegang Obligasi yang masing-
masing Pemegang Obligasi memiliki 1 (satu) hak suara untuk menentukan persetujuan atau penolakan atas Usulan
Perdamaian tersebut.
2. Memberikan kuasa kepada Wali Amanat untuk menandatangani dokumen-dokumen yang diperlukan terkait
persidangan PKPU PT PP PROPERTI Tbk termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada lembar pemungutan suara atas
proposal perdamaian atau lembar pemungutan suara atas permohonan perpanjangan PKPU Tetap dan dokumen-
dokumen lainnya sehubungan dengan proses PKPU PT PP PROPERTI Tbk.
3. Menyetujui pengisian formulir pemberian persetujuan/penolakan terhadap usulan perdamaian PKPU PT PP
PROPERTI Tbk.

Bond Holders General Meeting was attend by 34.000.000.000 that represented 92,14% (Quorum)
Result of Meeting
The result of the meeting is elaborated as follows :
1. Grant power of attorney to the Trustee in the Peace Plan Discussion Meeting and Peace Proposal Voting Meeting
to approve or disapprove the proposal submitted by PT PP PROPERTI (In PKPU) based on the results of the
decision of the majority of the Bondholders, each of whom is the Bondholder has 1 (one) voting right to determine
approval or rejection of the Peace Proposal.
2. Authorize the Trustee to sign the necessary documents related to the PT PP PROPERTI Tbk PKPU trial including
but not limited to voting sheets on peace proposals or voting sheets on applications for Permanent PKPU extensions
and other documents related to the PKPU process PT PP PROPERTI Tbk.
3. Approve the filling out of the approval/rejection form for the PKPU PT PP PROPERTI Tbk peace proposal.
