Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan hormat,
Kami merujuk kepada surat pengumuman IDX No. Peng-UMA-
00005/BEI.WAS/01-2025 tanggal 8 Januari 2025 perihal
Pengumuman Unusual Market Activity PT Petrindo Jaya
Kreasi Tbk (Perseroan).
Perlu kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan berkomitmen untuk
senantiasa mematuhi seluruh ketentuan peraturan yang
berlaku, termasuk menyampaikan seluruh informasi material
yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan dan proyek yang sedang atau
akan dilaksanakan oleh Perseroan.
Menurut pendapat Perseroan, informasi material yang telah
disampaikan melalui beberapa Keterbukaan Informasi
mengenai, antara lain, dimulainya produksi Batubara Metalurgi
oleh salah satu anak usaha Perseroan yaitu PT Bumindo Daya
Karunia serta dukungan keuangan dari perbankan yang
diterima Perseroan, memberikan indikasi positif mengenai
kinerja Perseroan yang terus meningkat secara konsisten. Hal
ini ditanggapi secara baik oleh pasar yang tercermin dari
peningkatan harga saham dalam beberapa waktu terakhir.
Terlepas dari pandangan Perseroan tersebut, kami
mengapresiasi BEI yang melaksanakan tugas pengawasan
dalam rangka memberikan perlindungan kepada seluruh
investor di pasar modal Indonesia.
Sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab kepada seluruh pemangku
kepentingan, Perseroan berkomitmen untuk memastikan
keberlanjutan usaha, merelasisasikan seluruh rencana usaha
yang telah ditetapkan, serta menyampaikan setiap informasi

Description of Material Information or We refer to the IDX announcement letter No. Peng-UMA-
Facts 00005/BEI. WAS/01-2025 dated January 8, 2025 regarding the
Announcement of Unusual Market Activity of PT Petrindo Jaya
Kreasi Tbk (the "Company").
We need to convey that the Company is committed to always
complying with all applicable regulatory provisions, including
submitting all material information related to activities and
projects that are being or will be implemented by the
Company.
In the Company's opinion, the material information that has
been submitted through several Information Disclosures
regarding, among others, the commencement of Metallurgical
Coal production by one of the Company's subsidiaries, PT
Bumindo Daya Karunia and financial support from banks
received by the Company, provides a positive indication of the
Company's performance which continues to increase
consistently. This was well responded to by the market which
was reflected in the increase in stock prices in recent times.
Apart from the Company's view, we appreciate the IDX for
carrying out supervisory duties in order to provide protection to
all investors in the Indonesian capital market.
As a form of responsibility to all stakeholders, the Company is
committed to ensuring business sustainability, reclassifying all
business plans that have been determined, and conveying
every material information that needs to be known by the
public in accordance with the provisions of applicable
regulations.
