We refer to the IDX announcement letter No. Peng-UMA-00005/BEI. WAS/01-2025 dated January 8, 2025
regarding the Announcement of Unusual Market Activity of PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (the "Company").

We need to convey that the Company is committed to always complying with all applicable regulatory
provisions, including submitting all material information related to activities and projects that are being or
will be implemented by the Company.

In the Company's opinion, the material information that has been submitted through several Information
Disclosures regarding, among others, the commencement of Metallurgical Coal production by one of the
Company's subsidiaries, PT Bumindo Daya Karunia and financial support from banks received by the
Company, provides a positive indication of the Company's performance which continues to increase
consistently. This was well responded to by the market which was reflected in the increase in stock prices
in recent times. Apart from the Company's view, we appreciate the IDX for carrying out supervisory duties
in order to provide protection to all investors in the Indonesian capital market.

As a form of responsibility to all stakeholders, the Company is committed to ensuring business sustainability,
reclassifying all business plans that have been determined, and conveying every material information that
needs to be known by the public in accordance with the provisions of applicable regulations.
