Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 27 Desember 2024, PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk, per
Desember 2024 melalui anak usahanya PT Daya Bumindo
Karunia (DBK) telah memproduksi batu bara metalurgi di area
operasional di Kalimantan Tengah. Produksi batu bara
metalurgi oleh DBK ini merupakan bagian dari diversifikasi
portofolio Petrindo yang memperkokoh posisinya sebagai satu
perusahaan induk di industri pengolahan batu bara.
Saat ini, DBK juga sedang melakukan integrasi fasilitas
produksi melalui pembangunan fasilitas kantor, gudang
penyimpanan bahan bakar, tempat tinggal karyawan serta
fasilitas prasarana jalan tambang DBK kurang lebih sepanjang
149 KM yang menghubungkan area operasional DBK dengan
lokasi intermediate stockpile.
Integrasi serta pembangunan fasilitas milik DBK ini dilakukan
oleh anak usaha Petrindo lainnya yaitu PT Petrosea Tbk
(Petrosea) sebagai perusahaan multidisiplin kontrak
pertambangan dan EPC terintegrasi. Sebelumnya, pada bulan
Juni 2024, Petrosea telah menandatangani perjanjian jasa
pengembangan infrastruktur tambang dengan DBK sebagai
implementasi dari strategi jangka panjang yang mencakup
pengembangan usaha dan ekspansi bisnis. Transaksi yang
dilakukan adalah sejalan dengan strategi jangka panjang grup
PJK, yaitu untuk menciptakan sinergi dan memperluas
jaringan usaha. Selain jalan tambang, Petrosea juga
memberikan jasa pengerjaan infrastruktur pendukung lainnya
kepada DBK, seperti pembangunan camp karyawan, kantor,
gudang, fuel storage dan jetty, serta jasa pertambangan yang
mencakup aktivitas overburden removal dan coal production.
Seluruh kegiatan operasional dan pembangunan fasilitas ini
didanai oleh fasilitas kredit dari PT Bank Negara Indonesia
(Persero) Tbk yang telah diperoleh pada 23 Desember 2024,
dengan nilai fasilitas maksimal sebesar
Rp.2.427.444.000.000,-
Integrasi fasilitas produksi di area operasional anak usaha
Petrindo yaitu DBK merupakan langkah strategis yang
dilaksanakan oleh Perseroan. Pembangunan infrastruktur
seperti jalan, area kantor serta gudang penyimpanan bahan
bakar ini akan memperlancar kegiatan produksi serta
transportasi DBK di masa depan, ujar Michael, Direktur Utama
Petrindo. Petrosea yang merupakan anak usaha kami
merupakan kontraktor utama dari pembangunan fasilitas ini,
hal ini menunjukkan sinergi yang baik yang nantinya akan
berkontribusi positif terhadap bottom line dari Perseroan,
tambah Michael.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, December 27, 2024, As of December 2024, PT
Facts Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk, through its subsidiary PT Daya
Bumindo Karunia (DBK), has been producing metallurgical
coal in its operational area in Central Kalimantan. The
production of metallurgical coal by DBK is part of the
diversification of Petrindos portfolio which strengthens its
position as a holding company in the coal processing industry.
Currently, DBK is also integrating production facilities through
the construction of office facilities, fuel storage warehouses,
employee residences and infrastructure facilities for around
149 KM of DBK mining road which connects DBKs operational
area with intermediate stockpile locations.
The integration and construction of DBKs facilities is carried
out by another Petrindo subsidiary, PT Petrosea Tbk
(Petrosea) as a multidisciplinary company of integrated mining
contracts and EPCs. Previously, in June 2024, Petrosea had
signed a mining infrastructure development service agreement
with DBK as an implementation of a long-term strategy that
includes business development and business expansion. The
transaction is in line with the PJK groups long-term strategy,
which is to create synergies and expand business networks. In
addition to mining roads, Petrosea also provides other
supporting infrastructure work services to DBK, such as the
construction of employee camps, offices, warehouses, fuel
storage and jetties, as well as mining services that include
overburden removal and coal production activities.
All operational activities and construction of this facility are
funded by a credit facility from PT Bank Negara Indonesia
(Persero) Tbk which has been obtained on December 23,
2024, with a maximum facility value of IDR
2,427,444,000,000,-
The integration of production facilities in the operational area
of Petrindos subsidiary, DBK, is a strategic step implemented
by the Company. The development of infrastructure such as
roads, office areas and fuel storage warehouses will facilitate
DBKs production and transportation activities in the future,
said Michael, President Director of Petrindo. Petrosea, which is
our subsidiary, is the main contractor for the construction of
this facility, this shows a good synergy that will later contribute
positively to the bottom line of the Company, added Michael.
