       Petrindo's Subsidiary Producing Metallurgical Coal, Integrates
             Operational Areas by Building Supporting Facilities

Jakarta, December 27, 2024 – As of December 2024, PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk, through its subsidiary
PT Daya Bumindo Karunia (DBK), has been producing metallurgical coal in its operational area in Central
Kalimantan. The production of metallurgical coal by DBK is part of the diversification of Petrindo's portfolio
which strengthens its position as a holding company in the coal processing industry.

Currently, DBK is also integrating production facilities through the construction of office facilities, fuel
storage warehouses, employee residences and infrastructure facilities for ±149 KM of DBK mining road
which connects DBK's operational area with intermediate stockpile locations.

The integration and construction of DBK's facilities is carried out by another Petrindo subsidiary, PT
Petrosea Tbk (Petrosea) as a multidisciplinary company of integrated mining contracts and EPCs.
Previously, in June 2024, Petrosea had signed a mining infrastructure development service agreement
with DBK as an implementation of a long-term strategy that includes business development and business
expansion. The transaction is in line with the PJK group's long-term strategy, which is to create synergies
and expand business networks. In addition to mining roads, Petrosea also provides other supporting
infrastructure work services to DBK, such as the construction of employee camps, offices, warehouses,
fuel storage and jetties, as well as mining services that include overburden removal and coal production
activities.

All operational activities and construction of this facility are funded by a credit facility from PT Bank Negara
Indonesia (Persero) Tbk which has been obtained on December 23, 2024, with a maximum facility value
of IDR 2,427,444,000,000,-.

step implemented by the Company. The development of infrastructure such as roads, office areas and fuel
storage warehouses will facilitate DBK's production and transportation activities in the future," said

construction of this facility, this shows a good synergy that will later contribute positively to the bottom
