Efek Terlebih Dahulu (PMHMETD) Perseroan
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Menyikapi perkembangan makro ekonomi dan pasar
belakangan ini, termasuk pergerakan harga saham Perseroan,
serta mempertimbangkan kebutuhan internal perusahaan,
Perseroan memutuskan untuk menunda pelaksanaan
Penambahan Modal Dengan Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek
Terlebih Dahulu I (PMHMETD I / Rights Issue) yang saat ini
sedang dalam proses memperoleh pernyataan efektif dari
OJK.
Lebih lanjut, Perseroan akan mengkaji ulang struktur Rights
Issue (termasuk total peningkatan modal dan harga
penawaran per saham) agar lebih sesuai dengan
perkembangan ekonomi dan pasar saat ini.
Seluruh aksi korporasi yang ke depannya akan dilakukan oleh
Perseroan akan dijalankan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan
pasar modal yang berlaku.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi atau fakta material yang diungkapkan tidak memiliki
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak negatif yang material terhadap kegiatan operasional,

Update on the Company's Proposed Rights Issue

Description of Material Information or In response to recent macroeconomic and market
Facts developments, including the volatility of the Company's share
price, as well as considering the Company's internal needs,
the Company has decided to postpone the implementation of
the Capital Increase with Pre-emptive Rights I (PMHMETD I /
Rights Issue) which is currently in the process of obtaining an
effective statement from OJK.
Furthermore, the Company will review the rights issue
structure (including the total capital increase and offering price
per share) to be more in line with current economic and market
developments.
Any future corporate actions undertaken by the Company will
be carried out in accordance with the prevailing capital market
regulations.
