In response to recent macroeconomic and market
developments, including the volatility of the Company's
share price, as well as considering the Company's internal
needs, the Company has decided to postpone the
implementation of the Capital Increase with Pre-emptive
Rights I (‘PMHMETD I / Rights Issue’) which is currently
in the process of obtaining an effective statement from
OJK.
Lebih lanjut, Perseroan akan mengkaji ulang struktur
Rights Issue (termasuk total peningkatan modal dan harga
penawaran per saham) agar lebih sesuai dengan
perkembangan ekonomi dan pasar saat ini.
Furthermore, the Company will review the rights issue
structure (including the total capital increase and offering
price per share) to be more in line with current economic
and market developments.
Seluruh aksi korporasi yang ke depannya akan dilakukan
oleh Perseroan akan dijalankan sesuai dengan ketentuan
peraturan pasar modal yang berlaku.
Any future corporate actions undertaken by the Company
will be carried out in accordance with the prevailing capital
market regulations.
