Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pembagian dividen interim tunai untuk tahun buku berjalan
2024 kepada para pemegang saham Perseroan (Pembagian
Dividen Interim).
Perseroan berencana untuk melakukan Pembagian Dividen
Interim.
Pembagian Dividen Interim ini dilakukan sesuai dengan Pasal
71 ayat (1) dan ayat (4) Undang-Undang Nomor 40 tahun
2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas (UUPT) dan Pasal 24
Anggaran Dasar Perseroan.
Pelaksanaan Pembagian Dividen Interim ini tidak akan
mengakibatkan jumlah kekayaan bersih Perseroan menjadi
lebih kecil daripada jumlah modal ditempatkan dan disetor
ditambah cadangan wajib. Sehingga demikian, Pembagian
Dividen Interim tidak akan mengganggu atau menyebabkan
Perseroan tidak dapat memenuhi kewajibannya pada kreditor
ataupun mengganggu kegiatan usaha Perseroan.
Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, serta dengan
mempertimbangkan antara lain kondisi keuangan dan rencana
bisnis ke depan Perseroan, jumlah dividen yang akan
dibagikan kepada pemegang saham adalah sebesar Rp6
(enam Rupiah) per saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak negative material terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, usaha Perseroan sehubungan dengan Pembagian Dividen
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Interim.

Distribution of interim dividend
Type of Material Information or Facts
Description of Material Information or Distribution of interim dividend for the financial year 2024 to
Facts the Shareholders (Interim Dividend Distribution).
The Company intends to Distribute the Interim Dividend.
The Interim Dividend Distribution is conducted with regards to
Article 72 paragraph (1) and (4) of Law Number 40 Year 2007
regarding Limited Liabilities Companies (Company Law) and
Article 24 of the Companys articles of association.
The interim dividend is distributed under the condition that the
Companys total net assets is not less than the total subscribed
and paid up capital plus the mandatory reserve fund.
Therefore, the Distribution of Interim Dividend will not effect or
impact any obligations of the Company to its creditor and the
Company's business activities.
Based on the calculation that has been carried out and, with
consideration of among others the financial condition and
future business plans of the Company, the amount of the
interim dividend that will be distributed is in the amount of six
Rupiah (IDR6,-) per share.
