Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the EGMS) of
PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (the Company) held on 16 April
2026, which, among other, approved the amendment to the
Company's Articles of Association, we hereby inform you that
the Company has obtained the approval of the amendment to
its Articles of Association from the Minister of Law of the
Republic of Indonesia pursuant to the Decree of the Minister of
Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-
0038481.AH.01.02.Tahun 2026 concerning the Approval of the
Amendment to the Articles of Association of the Company,
issued on 17 June 2026.
