Amendment to Article 3 of the Articles of Association
(Adjustment to the Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification
(Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia / KBLI))
PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk
Pursuant to Deed of Statement of Resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders in relation to the Amendment to the Articles
of Association of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk No. 37 dated 13 May 2025, drawn up before Aulia Taufani, S.H., Notary in the
Administrative City of South Jakarta, which has been approved by the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia under the Decree
of the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-0038481.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026 concerning the Approval of the
Amendment to the Articles of Association of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk dated 17 June 2026, Article 3 of the Articles of Association
of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk shall henceforth read as follows:
ARTICLE 3
1. The purposes and objectives of the Company are to engage in the following business sectors:
a. Wholesale and Retail Trade;
b. Construction (including Mining and Quarrying, and the Supply of Electricity, Gas, Steam/Hot Water and Air Conditionin);
c. Manufacturing;
d. Transportation and Storage;
e. Professional,Scientific and Technical Activities;
f. Financial and Insurance Activities.
2. In order to achieve the purposes and objectives set out above, the Company may carry out the following business activities:
A. Main Business Activities:
a. Wholesale and Retail Trade
- Wholesale trade of solid, liquid and gaseous fuels and related products;
- Wholesale trade of metal ores and metal concentrates;
- Wholesale trade on a fee or contract basis;
- Wholesale trade of cement, lime, sand and stone;
- Wholesale trade of electronic spare parts;
b. Construction (including Mining and Quarrying, and the Supply of Electricity, Gas, Steam/Hot Water and Air Conditioning);
- Coal mining;
- Lignite mining;
- Crude petroleum extraction;
- Natural gas extraction;
- Iron sand mining;

- Iron ore mining; - Uranium and thorium mining; - Tin ore mining; - Lead ore mining; - Bauxite ore mining; - Copper ore mining; - Nickle ore mining; - Manganese ore mining; - Mining of other non-ferrous metal ores, not elsewhere classified (n.e.c.); - Gold and silver mining; - Mining of other precious metal ores; - Sulphur mining; - Phosphate mining; - Nitrate mining; - Iodine mining; - Potash (potassium carbonate) mining; - Mining of other minerals, chemical materials and fertilizer materials; - Gemstone mining; - Naturan asphalt mining; - Other mining and quarrying activities, not elsewhere classified (n.e.c.); - Support activities for other mining and quarrying; - Support activities for crude petroleum and natural gas extraction; - Site preparation; - Construction of surface roads; - Construction of bridges, elevated roads, flyovers and underpasses; - Tunnel construction; - Conventional construction of residential buildings; - Conventional construction of office buildings; - Construction of irrigation and drainage networks; - Generation of electricity from emission-producing non-renewable energy sources; - Generation of electricity from non-emission-producing non-renewable energy sources; - Generation of electricity from renewable energy sources; - Electricity transmission activities; - Other electricity support activities; - Integrated electricity supply activities;

- Operation of electricity supply installations;
- Operation of electricity utilization installations;
- Production of natural and manufactured gas;
- Distribution of natural and manufactured gas;
c. Manufacturing
- Manufacture of metal tanks, reservoirs, water tanks and similar containers;
- Manufacture of steam engines, turbines and water wheels;
- Repair and maintenance of structural metal products, tanks, reservoirs, water tanks and steam generators;
- Manufacture of coke oven products;
- Manufacture of briquettes;
- Manufacture of mining, quarrying and construction machinery;
- Manufacture of electricity control and distribution equipment;
- Manufacture of electric generators;
- Manufacture of voltage transformers and current converters/rectifiers;
- Manufacture of other electrical equipment;
d. Transportation and Storage
- Freight transport by motor vehicles for general goods;
- Freight transport by motor vehicles for specialized goods;
- Trail freight transportation;
- Pipeline transportation;
e. Professional, Scientific and Technical Activities
- Other management and business consultancy activities
f. Financial and Insurance Activities
- Activities of holding companies;
B. Supporting business activities to support the Company's main business activities, including :
- Industrial management and business consultancy activities;
- Engineering activities and other related technical consultancy services.
