Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sesuai informasi yang diterima perseroan dari Pt Tancorp
Bangun Indonesia ( TBI ) dan PT Kobin Keramik Industri (
Kobin ) melalui surat tertanggl 29 November 2024 bahwa
talah terjadi transaksi jual beli saham antara TBi dan Kobin
dimana TBI telah menjual seluruh saham perseroan yang
dimilikinya kepada Kobin yaitu sebanyak 752.636.700 saham
atau setara 62,55%
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut tidak memiliki
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Tidak ada
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau perubahan pada pengendali di Perseroan, mengingat bahwa
Perusahaan Publik TBI merupakan pemegang saham pengendali dari Kobin
dengan 95% kepemilikan saham di Kobin.
Informasi Lain
Efektif sejak tanggal 29 November 2024, Kobin adalah pemegang saham mayoritas perseroan.

there has been a share sale an purchase transaction between
TBI and Kobin, where TBI has sold all the shares of the
company which he owns to Kobin, namely 752,636,700 shares
or equivalent of 62.55%

financial condition, or going concern Company, considering that TBI is the controlling shareholder
