Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Pikko Land Development Tbk (Perseroan) dengan ini
memberitahukan kepada para pemegang saham dan
masyarakat bahwa Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS)
Perseroan yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 12 Juni 2026,
telah menyetujui penurunan Modal Dasar Perseroan, yaitu
sebagai berikut :
Modal Dasar sebelumnya Rp.5.389.440.000.000,- menjadi
Rp.1.359.212.820.900,-.
Modal Disetor dan Ditempatkan Rp.1.359.212.820.900,-
menjadi Rp.1.359.212.820.900,-.
Penurunan Modal Dasar dilakukan untuk menyesuaikan
struktur permodalan Perseroan dengan kebutuhan Perseroan
saat ini.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penurunan Modal Dasar tersebut tidak mengubah jumlah
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan saham yang diperdagangkan di pasar bursa dan tidak
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, mengubah jumlah Modal Ditempatkan dan Disetor Perseroan;
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

June 2026 has approved the reduction of the Companys
Authorized Capital as follows:

after became Rp.1.359.212.820.900,-.
The reduction of the Companys Authorized Capital is intended
to align the Companys capital structure with the Companys
current business needs.
