Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 10 Juni 2026, Perseroan melakukan transaksi
pembelian Aset tanah dan bangunan berupa Ruko yang
terletak pada Maxim Square Blok A, No. 2, Gading Serpong,
Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten dengan nilai transaksi sebesar
Rp. 17.500.300.000,- (Tujuh Belas Miliar Lima Ratus Juta Tiga
Ratus Ribu Rupiah) dari pihak Developer yaitu Paramount
Land. Ruko berencana akan dipergunakan untuk aktivitas
pemasaran dari Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Terdapat penyesuaian pada aspek operasional
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Dampak terhadap aspek hukum Perseroan

Perusahaan Publik
Dampak terhadap aspek keuangan Perseroan
Terdapat dampak pada aspek keuangan yaitu adanya
kewajiban pembayaran dan penambahan aset Perseroan
sebagai investasi.

Facts land and building assets in the form of a commercial
shophouse (Ruko) located at Maxim Square Block A No. 2,
Gading Serpong, Tangerang Regency, Banten, with a
transaction value of IDR 17,500,300,000 (Seventeen Billion
Five Hundred Million Three Hundred Thousand Rupiah) from
the developer, Paramount Land. The property is intended to be
utilized for the Company's marketing activities.
