Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perusahaan mendapatkan persetujuan fasilitas kredit investasi
dari PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk
Tranche A : Fasilitas kredit dengan limit
Rp.100.000.000.000,00 dengan Jangka waktu : 60 bulan,
efektif saat tanda tangan perjanjian kredit (PK).
Tranche B : Fasilitas kredit dengan limit Rp.70.000.000.000,00
dengan masa penarikan kredit selama 12 bulan sejak
penandatangan PK dan masa angsuran 60 bulan
Sedangkan fasilitas perpanjangan kredit modal kerja,
perpanjangan jangka waktu fasilitas treasury line, adalah
perpanjangan dari fasilitas kredit yang sudah ada yaitu
diperpanjang fasilitas kredit diatas dari tanggal 15 Desember
2024 sampai dengan 14 Desember 2025/ Meanwhile, the
working capital credit extension facility, extension of the
treasury line facility period, are an extension of the existing
credit facilities, namely the extension of the above credit
facilities from December 15, 2024 to December 14, 2025.
Dan untuk persetujuan avalist line dimana PT. Pinago Utama
Tbk disetujui untuk menjadi avalist untuk pinjaman plasma
sawit Koperasi Produsen Sejahtera Mandiri dengan limit
pinjaman Rp. 13.889.000.000,00
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak atas penandatanganan fasilitas kredit diatas
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan membantu arus kas Perusahaan yang berdampak pada
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kelancaran usaha Perusahaan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau

Tranche A: Credit facility with a limit of IDR
100,000,000,000.00 with a term of 60 months, effective upon
signing of the credit agreement (CA)
Tranche B: Credit facility with a limit of IDR 70,000,000,000.00
with a credit withdrawal period of 12 months from the signing
of the PK and an installment period of 60 months.
Meanwhile, the working capital credit extension facility,
extension of the treasury line facility period, are an extension
of the existing credit facilities, namely the extension of the
above credit facilities from December 15, 2024 to December
14, 2025
And for the approval of the avalist line where PT. Pinago
Utama Tbk was approved to be an avalist for the palm oil
plasma loan of the Koperasi Produsen Sejahtera Mandiri with
a loan limit of Rp. 13,889,000,000.00.
