Tranche A : Fasilitas kredit dengan limit
Rp.100.000.000.000,00 dengan Jangka waktu : 60
bulan, efektif saat tanda tangan perjanjian kredit
(PK)I Credit facility with a limit of IDR
100,000,000,000.00 with a term of 60 months,
effective upon signing of the credit agreement (PK).
Tranche B Fasilitas kredit dengan limit
Rp.70.000.000.000,00 dengan masa penarikan
kredit selama 12 bulan sejak penandatangan PK dan

Pinago Utama Tbk disetujui untuk menjadi avalist
untuk pinjaman plasma sawit Koperasi Produsen
Sejahtera Mandiri dengan limit pinjaman Rp.
13.889.000.000,00 / And for the approval of the
avalist line where PT. Pinago Utama Tbk was
approved to be an avalist for the palm oil plasma
loan of the Koperasi Produsen Sejahtera Mandiri
with a loan limit of Rp. 13,889,000,000.00.
