bersama ini kami sampaikan Akta Pernyataan Keputusan

Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan dan telah mendapat
persetujuan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik
Indonesia Nomor AHU-0242443.AH.01.11.TAHUN 2024
tanggal 8 November 2024 ( Akta Anggaran Dasar ),
sebagaimana terlampir.
Referring to the decision of the 2nd (second) Agenda of the
EGMS
the Company on 25 October 2024, which has approved the
amendment to the Company's Articles of Association, namely
Articles 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 of the Company's Articles of
Association in accordance with Financial Services Authority
(Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) Regulation No. 2 of 2024, we hereby
submit the Deed of Statement of Resolutions of the EGMS of
PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk No. 54 dated 25 October 2024 made
by Ashoya Ratam, S.H., M.KN., Notary of the Administrative
City of South Jakarta and has received approval from the
Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of
Indonesia Number AHU-0242443.AH.01.11.TAHUN 2024
dated 8 November 2024 ( Articles of Association Deed ), as
attached.
