Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta, 12190 Dengan hormat / Dear Sir or Madam, Merujuk pada ketentuan butir III.1.1.4 Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi (Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor: Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022), bersama ini kami PT Link Net Tbk (“Perseroan”) menyampaikan penjelasan atas perubahan lebih dari 20% atas Total Aset pada Laporan Keuangan Kwartal III per 30 September 2024 dibandingkan dengan Laporan Keuangan Tahunan per 31 Desember 2023. Referring to the provision of point III.1.1.4 of Regulation Number I-E concerning the Obligation of Information Submission (Attachment to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Number: Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022), we, PT Link Net Tbk (the “Company”), hereby convey the Explanation on the Changes of More than 20% in Total Assets on the Third Quarter Financial Statements as at 30 September 2024 compared to the Annual Financial Statements as at 31 December 2023. Total aset konsolidasian per tanggal 30 September 2024 tercatat sebesar Rp15.321.782 juta mengalami peningkatan sebesar 21,25% atau sebesar Rp2.685.501 juta dibandingkan dengan total aset konsolidasian yang tercatat pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023 sebesar Rp12.636.281 juta. The total of consolidated assets as at 30 September 2024 was recorded at Rp15,321,782 million, increased of 21.25% or Rp2,685,501 million compared to the total consolidated assets recorded as at 31 December 2023 of Rp12,636,281 million. Peningkatan atas total aset tersebut di atas terjadi karena adanya peningkatan aset lancar atas kas dan bank sehubungan dengan penerimaan dana dari penyelesaian transaksi material dan transaksi afiliasi dengan PT XL Axiata Tbk atas transaksi penjualan dan pengalihan semua hak dan kepentingan dalam, dari dan atas ServeCo dan penyewaan jaringan Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial (HFC)/Fiber to The Home (FTTH) sebesar Rp1,875,000 juta. The increase in total assets above was due to increasing current assets of cash and bank related to cash receipt from the settlement of material transactions and affiliated transactions with PT XL Axiata Tbk for the sale and transfer of all rights and interests in, from and to ServeCo and the lease of a Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial (HFC)/Fiber to The Home (FTTH) network amounting to Rp1,875,000 million.
