(Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Ario Bulan Awalia Noor untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan perseroan
yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Manfaat fresh-eye perspective yang akan diperoleh melalui rotasi Akuntan Publik dan timnya secara berkala.
Informasi Lain
Pada tanggal 20 Mei 2024, Komite Audit Perseroan menyampaikan rekomendasi dalam penunjukan Kantor Akuntan
Publik (KAP) dan Akuntan Publik (AP) untuk mengaudit buku-buku Perseroan pada tahun 2024, dengan rekomendasi
atas KAP Mirawati Sensi Idris dan AP Ibu Jacinta Mirawati. Namun kemudian dikarenakan adanya kebijakan rotasi AP
oleh KAP Mirawati Sensi Idris, maka terjadi perubahan AP menjadi Bapak Ario Bulan Awalia, sebagaimana disampaikan
melalui surat dari KAP Mirawati Sensi Idris no. 1224/X/2024/LSW/MSId yang turut kami lampirkan disini.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 25 June 2024 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Mirawati Sensi Idris with Public Accountant (Signing
Partner), namely: Mr. Ario Bulan Awalia Noor To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending on 31
December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
Benefit of fresh-eye perspective gained from regular rotation of Public Accountant and its team.
Other Information:
On May 20th, 2024, the Company's Audit Committee had given its recommendation in the appointment of Public
Accountant Office and Public Accountant for the purpose of audit in the Company's books in year 2024, with
recommendation for Public Accountant Office Mirawati Sensi Idris and Public Accountant Ibu Jacinta Mirawati. However,
due to AP rotation policy in KAP Mirawati Sensi Idris, the AP is changed into Bapak Ario Bulan Awalia, as informed in
the letter from KAP Mirawati Sensi Idris no. 1224/X/2024/LSW/MSId as attached.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
