Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (Perseroan), ekosistem digital
terbesar Indonesia, hari ini mengumumkan kinerja keuangan
untuk kuartal ketiga tahun 2024. GTV inti Grup meningkat 74%
menjadi Rp72,0 triliun dibandingkan dengan periode yang
sama tahun sebelumnya (YoY), sementara GTV Grup naik
37% YoY menjadi Rp137,4 triliun. Pendapatan bruto tumbuh
34% YoY menjadi Rp4,7 triliun dan EBITDA Grup yang
disesuaikan berbalik positif dengan menyentuh angka tertinggi
barunya Rp137 miliar, dari periode yang sama tahun lalu yang
merugi Rp559 miliar. Kinerja GoTo yang kuat ini ditopang oleh
pertumbuhan pengguna bulanan (Monthly Transacting Users)
yang mencapai 21% YoY di seluruh ekosistem GoTo. GTV inti
Financial Technology meningkat 82% YoY menjadi Rp64,6
triliun, rugi EBITDA yang disesuaikan susut signifikan dari
kerugian Rp388 miliar di Q3-2023 menjadi Rp65 miliar kuartal
ini, diharapkan berbalik positif di kuartal keempat, setahun
lebih cepat dari pedoman sebelumnya. Segmen On-Demand
Services mencatatkan pertumbuhan yang signifikan, dengan
jumlah pesanan On-Demand Services tumbuh 30% YoY,
sementara GTV tumbuh 25% YoY mencapai Rp16,3 triliun dan
EBITDA yang disesuaikan tumbuh Rp204 miliar YoY menjadi
Rp156 miliar, menandai perolehan EBITDA yang disesuaikan
positif selama empat kuartal berturut-turut.

Group Achieves Positive Adjusted EBITDA as GoTo
Type of Material Information or Facts Announces 2024 Third Quarter Results
Description of Material Information or PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (the Company), the largest
Facts digital ecosystem in Indonesia, today announced its 2024 third
quarter financial results. Group core GTV grew by 74% YoY to
Rp72.0 trillion, while Group GTV increased 37% YoY to
Rp137.4 trillion. Gross revenue increased by 34% YoY to
Rp4.7 trillion, and Group adjusted EBITDA turned positive,
reaching a new high of Rp137 billion versus a loss of Rp559
billion in the same period last year. This strong performance
was underpinned by a 21% YoY increase in Monthly
Transacting Users (MTUs) across the GoTo ecosystem.
Financial Technology core GTV increased 82% YoY to Rp64.6
trillion, adjusted EBITDA loss narrowed significantly from
Rp388 billion in 3Q23 to Rp65 billion this quarter and is
expected to turn positive for the whole of 4Q24, one year
ahead of previous guidance.
On-Demand Services recorded substantial growth, with orders
grew 30% YoY and GTV grew 25% YoY to Rp.16.3 trillion and
adjusted EBITDA increased by Rp204 billion YoY to Rp156
billion, marking its fourth consecutive quarter of positive
adjusted EBITDA.
