Menunjuk surat Perseroan No. 049/CSD/JTRUST/X/2024 dan No. 051/CSD/JTRUST/X/2024 tentang Rencana
Penyelenggaraan dan Penyampaian Materi Public Expose, dengan ini kami sampaikan laporan hasil pelaksanaan
Public Expose Insidentil Perseroan sebagai berikut: 1) Public Expose Insidentil Perseroan telah terselenggara dengan
baik pada hari Jum at, tanggal 25 Oktober 2024 bertempat di Gedung Sahid Sudirman Center, Lantai 35, Jl. Jend.
Sudirman No.86 Jakarta Pusat. Acara dimulai pukul 14.00 WIB. dan berakhir pada pukul 15.15 WIB. 2) Public Expose
Insidentil Perseroan dihadiri oleh perwakilan manajemen Perseroan (Direktur Keuangan Perencanaan serta Direktur
Legal Kepatuhan) dan para undangan yang terdiri dari masyarakat dan media massa sebanyak 28 (Duapuluh Delapan)
peserta. Terlampir kami sampaikan daftar hadir. 3) Adapun rangkaian acara Public Expose Insidentil Perseroan dibuka
dengan pemaparan dari Manajemen Perseroan mengenai Informasi terkait perkembangan kinerja dan operasional
terkini Perseroan, Ikhtisar Laporan Keuangan Terakhir, Rencana Usaha Perseroan ke depannya, Informasi material
lainnya yang belum disampaikan ke publik dan dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab. 4) Berikut kami sampaikan pertanyaan
dan tanggapan yang diajukan pada saat berlangsungnya acara Public Expose Insidentil Perseroan sebagaimana
terlampir.

Referring to the Company's letter No. 049/CSD/JTRUST/X/2024 and No. 051/CSD/JTRUST/X/2024 concerning the Plan
for the Implementation and Submission of Public Expose Materials, we hereby submit a report on the results of the
implementation of the Company's Incidental Public Expose as follows: 1) The Company's Incidental Public Expose was
held well on Friday, October 25, 2024 at the Sahid Sudirman Center Building, 35th Floor, Jl. Jend. Sudirman No.86
Central Jakarta. The event started at 14.00 WIB. and ended at 15.15 WIB. 2) The Company's Incidental Public Expose
was attended by representatives of the Company's management (Director of Finance Planning and Director of Legal
Compliance) and invitees consisting of the public and mass media totaling 28 (Twenty Eight) participants. Attached is
the attendance list. 3) The series of events for the Company's Incidental Public Expose was opened with a presentation
from the Company's Management regarding Information related to the Company's current performance and operational
developments, the Latest Financial Report Summary, the Company's Future Business Plan, other material information
that has not been submitted to the public and continued with a question and answer session. 4) The following are the
questions and responses submitted during the Company's Incidental Public Expose event as attached.
