Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Meninjau ulang potensi kinerja sampai akhir tahun 2024, PANI
patok target pra-penjualan baru, dari Rp 5,5 triliun menjadi Rp
6 triliun atau melonjak 9% dari target awal tahun. Paska revisi
target menjadi Rp 6 triliun, PANI mencatat contractual sales
dari bulan Januari sampai dengan September 2024 sudah
tercapai 78% dari target tahun 2024 ini, yakni di angka Rp 4,7
triliun. Pencapaian ini menoreh pertumbuhan sebesar 168%
dari periode yang sama tahun lalu. Dengan kata lain, PANI
semakin menancapkan kuku di sektor properti Indonesia di
masa depan.

Description of Material Information or Revisiting up to year end potential performance, PANI revised
Facts up its marketing sales target from IDR5.5 trillion to IDR6 trillion
or a 9% surge from earlier this year. Post target revision to
IDR6 trillion, PANI recorded that its contractual sales from
January to September 2025 have reached 78% of the 2024
target at IDR4.7 trillion. This achievement represents growth of
168% from the same period last year. In other words, PANI is
further dominating Indonesian property sector in the future.
