perubahan Pasal 5 Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan dan pasal lain yang terkait serta
mendelegasikan kewenangan dan memberikan kuasa kepada Wali Amanat untuk
melakukan perubahan Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan dan melakukan segala tindakan yang
berkaitan dengannya termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada membuat dan atau
menandatangani segala bentuk akta, perjanjian, addendum, amandemen dan atau dokumen
lainnya, serta untuk menghadap di hadapan Notaris, sehubungan dengan dilakukannya
Pelunasan Pokok untuk Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Tunas Baru Lampung Tahap I Tahun 2023
yang dipercepat dan perubahan akta akta lain yang terkait.

connection with the Principal Prepayment for Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Tunas Baru
Lampung Tahap I Tahun 2023 which is accelerated and amendments to other related
