Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan perpanjangan fasilitas kredit modal kerja
sebesar Rp 20.000.000.000,- dan penambahan fasilitas kredit
pembelian kendaraan sebesar Rp 150.000.000.000,- yang
diperoleh BPTR, entitas anak Perseroan dari PT Bank Victoria
International Tbk (BVIC), Perseroan telah menandatangani
Akta Pemberian Jaminan Perusahaan sebesar Rp.
150.000.000.000,- kepada BVIC pada tanggal 16 Oktober
2024.
Pemberian jaminan Perseroan kepada BVIC bukanlah
merupakan transaksi afiliasi dan benturan kepentingan
sebagaimana dimaksud Peraturan No. 42/POJK.04/2020
tanggal 1 Juli 2020 dan juga bukanlah merupakan transaksi
material sebagaimana yang dimaksud dalam Peraturan No.
17/POJK.04/2020 tanggal 20 April 2020.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sampai dengan saat ini, tidak ada dampak, informasi atau
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan fakta material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
