Transaksi bukan merupakan transaksi afiliasi dan tidak mengandung benturan kepentingan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 42/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan (“POJK 42/2020”).
