pada tanggal 19 September 2024 dalam rangka
memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan OJK
No. 17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan
Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha dan Peraturan OJK
No. 42/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan
Benturan Kepentingan (“Keterbukaan Informasi”)
sehubungan dengan rencana transaksi penjualan dan
pengalihan semua hak dan kepentingan dalam, dari dan
atas ServeCo dan penyewaan jaringan hybrid fixed-
coaxial (HCF)/fiber to the home (FTTH) kepada XL,
sebagaimana telah disetujui dalam Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Perseroan pada tanggal
23 September 2024.
Sebagai kelanjutan dari pengungkapan di atas,
Perseroan telah menyelesaikan transaksi pada tanggal
kejadian sebagaimana disebut pada kolom 1. di atas.
The Company has done the Disclosure of Information to
the Shareholders of the Company on 15 August 2024 and
Amendments and/or Additional Disclosure of Information
on 19 September 2024 for the purpose of compliance with
the OJK Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 on Material
Transactions and Changes in Business Activities and the
OJK Regulation No. 42/POJK.04/2020 on Affiliated
Transactions and Conflicts of Interest as well as the OJK
Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 on Disclosure of
Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public
Companies, that has been approved at the Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on
23 September 2024.
Further to the above disclosure, the Company has
completed the transaction as at the date of the event
referred to in column 1. above
