Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Perseroan melakukan transaksi peningkatan modal disetor
pada anak perusahaan nya yakni PT Gosyen Indo Asia ;
2. Peningkatan modal disetor dilaksanakan dengan cara
konversi atas sebagaian utang PT Gosyen Indo Asia kepada
Perseroan sebesar Rp 8.394.000.000,-, menjadi setoran
saham ;
3. Harga per lembar Saham sebesar Rp 1.000.000,-
