Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa berdasarkan surat panggilan sidang, Pengadilan
Negeri Jakarta Pusat yang telah diterima PT Adhi Commuter
Properti Tbk pada tanggal 13 Mei 2026, diinformasikan bahwa
Perseroan saat ini diajukan permohonan Penundaan
Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) oleh Regy Rahim
selaku Pemohon PKPU I, Harjuna Arumbinang bertindak untuk
dan atas nama CV Bira Putra Sukses selaku Pemohon PKPU
II, serta Mulyadi bertindak untuk dan atas nama CV Adiya
Gumilang Nusantara selaku Pemohon PKPU III, di Pengadilan
Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat. Permohonan
tersebut terdaftar dengan Register Perkara tertanggal 11 Mei
2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Atas Putusan Penolakan PKPU tersebut, tidak terdapat
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan maupun
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan operasional Perseroan. sehingga Perseroan tetap
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dapat menjalankan kegiatan usaha sebagaimana biasa. Selain
Perusahaan Publik itu, tidak terjadi kondisi pelanggaran (default) atas perjanjian
pembiayaan seperti Obligasi, Sukuk, maupun fasilitas kredit
lainnya.

Report on Material Information and Facts Regarding the
Type of Material Information or Facts Application for a Stay of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU)
Description of Material Information or In accordance with the summons received by PT Adhi
Facts Commuter Properti Tbk on May 13, 2026, from the Central
Jakarta District Court, the Company is hereby informed that a
petition for a Stay of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) has
been filed against it by Regy Rahim as Petitioner I, Harjuna
Arumbinang acting for and on behalf of CV Bira Putra Sukses
as PKPU Petitioner II, and Mulyadi acting for and on behalf of
CV Adiya Gumilang Nusantara as PKPU Petitioner III, at the
Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court. The
petition was registered in the Case Register dated May 11,
2026.
Impact of event, material information or The decision to reject the PKPU application has not had a
facts towards Issuers or Public significant impact on the Company financial performance or
Company’s operational activities, legal, operational activities. Consequently, the Company remains
financial condition, or going concern able to conduct its business as usual. Furthermore, there has
been no default on financing agreements such as bonds,
sukuk, or other credit facilities.
