Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Indofarma Tbk (Perseroan) merespons pemberitaan terkait
dugaan korupsi pengadaan alat kesehatan fiktif yang
melibatkan mantan Direktur Utama PT Indofarma Tbk periode
2019-2023, berinisial AP, serta dua tersangka lainnya, yaitu
GSR selaku Direktur PT Indofarma Global Medika (IGM)
periode 2020-2023, dan CSY, Head of Finance IGM. Ketiga
tersangka tersebut diduga terlibat dalam tindak pidana korupsi
yang menyebabkan terjadinya kerugian negara di PT
Indofarma Tbk sebesar Rp 371 miliar, berdasarkan hasil audit
Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI.
Kasus ini terungkap melalui audit investigasi BPK RI, yang
merupakan bagian dari program Bersih-Bersih BUMN yang
diinisiasi oleh Menteri BUMN, Erick Thohir. Program ini
bertujuan untuk memperkuat kinerja dan tata kelola BUMN,
dengan menegaskan bahwa tidak ada ruang bagi tindakan
korupsi yang merugikan negara.
Direktur Utama PT Indofarma Tbk, Yeliandriani, menegaskan
bahwa Perseroan mendukung penuh proses hukum yang
sedang berlangsung, sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-
undangan. Perseroan berkomitmen menjaga kredibilitas,
akuntabilitas, dan transparansi dalam menghadapi kasus ini.
Lebih lanjut, ia menyatakan bahwa proses hukum yang
melibatkan mantan Direktur Utama dan dua pejabat lainnya
tidak akan mengganggu operasional Perseroan. PT Indofarma
Tbk tetap berfokus pada Rencana Penyehatan dan
Penyelamatan Perusahaan, termasuk restrukturisasi
keuangan dan reorientasi bisnis untuk memperkuat fondasi
perusahaan.
PT Indofarma Tbk menegaskan komitmen untuk mendukung
Kementerian BUMN dalam menciptakan lingkungan usaha
yang bersih dan bebas korupsi. Menteri BUMN, Pak Erick
Thohir, telah menyampaikan bahwa tidak ada toleransi
terhadap praktik korupsi yang merugikan negara. PT
Indofarma Tbk akan terus mendukung upaya pemberantasan
korupsi di lingkungan BUMN, ujar Yeliandriani.
Kasus ini merupakan langkah penting dalam upaya
membersihkan BUMN dari praktik korupsi, sekaligus
memperkuat komitmen pemerintah untuk memastikan BUMN
berfungsi sebagai pilar ekonomi yang bersih dan transparan.

Description of Material Information or PT Indofarma Tbk (Company) responded to news regarding
Facts alleged corruption in the procurement of fictitious medical
equipment involving the former President Director of PT
Indofarma Tbk for the 2019-2023 period, with the initials AP,
as well as two other suspects, namely GSR as Director of PT
Indofarma Global Medika (IGM) for the period 2020-2023, and
CSY, Head of Finance IGM. The three suspects are suspected
of being involved in criminal acts of corruption which caused
state losses to PT Indofarma Tbk amounting to IDR 371 billion,
based on the results of an audit by the Indonesian Supreme
Audit Agency (BPK).
This case was revealed through the BPK RI investigative audit,
which is part of the BUMN Clean-up program initiated by the
Minister of BUMN, Erick Thohir. This program aims to
strengthen the performance and governance of BUMN, by
emphasizing that there is no room for acts of corruption that
are detrimental to the state.
The President Director of PT Indofarma Tbk, Yeliandriani,
emphasized that the Company fully supports the ongoing legal
process, in accordance with applicable regulations and laws.
The Company is committed to maintaining credibility,
accountability and transparency in dealing with this case.
Yeliandriani stated that the legal process involving the former
President Director and two other officials would not disrupt the
Company's operations. PT Indofarma Tbk remains focused on
the Company's Rehabilitation and Rescue Plan, including
financial restructuring and business reorientation to strengthen
the company's foundations.
PT Indofarma Tbk emphasized its commitment to support the
Ministry of BUMN in creating a clean and corruption-free
business environment. BUMN Minister, Erick Thohir, said that
there is zero tolerance for corrupt practices that are detrimental
to the state. Yeliandriani also said that PT Indofarma Tbk
would continue to support efforts to eradicate corruption within
BUMN.
This case is an important step in efforts to rid BUMN of corrupt
practices, as well as strengthening the government's
commitment to ensuring BUMN functions as a pillar of a clean
and transparent economy.
