                                     Indofarma Management Responds to Corruption Cases,
                                         Part of Erick Thohir's BUMN Clean-up Program


         PT Indofarma Tbk (“Company”) responded to news regarding alleged corruption in the procurement of fictitious
         medical equipment involving the former President Director of PT Indofarma Tbk for the 2019-2023 period, with
         the initials AP, as well as two other suspects, namely GSR as Director of PT Indofarma Global Medika (IGM) for
         the period 2020-2023, and CSY, Head of Finance IGM. The three suspects are suspected of being involved in
         criminal acts of corruption which caused state losses to PT Indofarma Tbk amounting to IDR 371 billion, based
         on the results of an audit by the Indonesian Supreme Audit Agency (BPK).

         This case was revealed through the BPK RI investigative audit, which is part of the BUMN Clean-up program
         initiated by the Minister of BUMN, Erick Thohir. This program aims to strengthen the performance and
         governance of BUMN, by emphasizing that there is no room for acts of corruption that are detrimental to the
         state.

         The President Director of PT Indofarma Tbk, Yeliandriani, emphasized that the Company fully supports the
         ongoing legal process, in accordance with applicable regulations and laws. The Company is committed to
         maintaining credibility, accountability and transparency in dealing with this case.

         Yeliandriani stated that the legal process involving the former President Director and two other officials would
         not disrupt the Company's operations. PT Indofarma Tbk remains focused on the Company's Rehabilitation and
         Rescue Plan, including financial restructuring and business reorientation to strengthen the company's
         foundations.

         PT Indofarma Tbk emphasized its commitment to support the Ministry of BUMN in creating a clean and
         corruption-free business environment. BUMN Minister, Erick Thohir, said that there is zero tolerance for corrupt
         practices that are detrimental to the state. Yeliandriani also said that PT Indofarma Tbk would continue to
         support efforts to eradicate corruption within BUMN.

         This case is an important step in efforts to rid BUMN of corrupt practices, as well as strengthening the
         government's commitment to ensuring BUMN functions as a pillar of a clean and transparent economy.
