operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Investment Company Pte. Limited. (Sight) menyampaikan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau bahwa:
Perusahaan Publik
Sebelum penyelesaian Penawaran Tender Sukarela, Sight
memiliki 1.352.637.000 saham dalam Perseroan
(mewakili 10,4% dari seluruh saham yang ditempatkan dan
disetor penuh dalam Perseroan). Setelah penyelesaian
Penawaran Tender Sukarela, Sight memiliki 7.205.383.500
saham dalam Perseroan (mewakili 55,4% dari seluruh saham
yang ditempatkan dan disetor penuh dalam Perseroan) dan
dengan demikian Sight menjadi pengendali baru Perseroan
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan OJK
No.9/POJK.04/2018 tentang Pengambilalihan Perusahaan
Terbuka sejak Tanggal Penyelesaian.

Company’s operational activities, legal, Limited. ("Sight") represents that:

Before completion of the Voluntary Tender Offer, Sight owned
1,352,637,000 shares in Company representing 10.4% of the
total issued and paid-up shares in Company). After completion
of the Voluntary
Tender Offer, Sight owns 7,205,383,500 shares in Company
(representing 55.4% of the total issued and paid-up shares in
Company) and accordingly Sight becomes the new controller
of Company as referred to
in OJK Regulation No. 9/POJK.04/2018 in relation to the
Acquisition of Public Company as of the Completion Date.
Other Information
The Information Disclosure in connection with the Announcement of Acquisition of PT Siloam International
Hospitals Tbk, as previously announced in the Investor Daily on 17 September 2024, is also attached along with
