tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris
Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik (“POIK
33/2014”), Perseroan akan
mengadakan Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Luar Biasa untuk memutuskan
pengunduran diri beliau dengan
mekanisme dan prosedur yang sesuai
dengan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan Nomor 15 /POJK.04/2020
tentang Rencana Dan Penyelenggaraan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Perusahaan Terbuka (“POJK 15/2020”).

resignation of Mr. Hendra Prawira as a

Board of Directors and Board of
Commissioners of Issuers or Public
Companies (“POJK 33/2014”), the
Company plan to conduct an
Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders to resolve his resignation
with the mechanism and prosedur based
on Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 15/POJK.04/2020
regarding Plan and Procedures for
General Meeting af Shareholders of
Public Companies (“POJK 15/2020”).
